Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside the full Terms.

1. Order Processing & Production

  • All orders placed through Virgin Printing (“we”, “us”, “our”) are made-to-order packaging boxes.

  • Standard production time is 4-6 business days after final artwork proof approval and receipt of payment.

  • Expedited (rush) production may be available for an additional fee; contact us for confirmation and availability.

  • Production time does not include transit/shipping time.

  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays), production may take longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated transit times (after we dispatch your order):

    • Standard Ground (continental USA): 2-5 business days

    • Expedited Air/FedEx/UPS (USA): 1-3 business days (depending on destination)

    • Rush/Overnight: available only to continental USA and only if ordered by [time cut-off] and carrier permits.

  • Please note: All times given are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other force-majeure events.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

  • We ship to business (commercial) and residential addresses within the United States of America and its territories.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses unless explicitly confirmed with us in advance.

  • Larger or bulk orders (e.g., palletised boxes) may incur a residential delivery surcharge if delivered to a non-commercial/residential address. We will notify you before shipping if applicable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion.

4. Free Shipping / Thresholds (optional)

  • We offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over 5000 quantity, delivered within the continental USA only.

  • Orders under the threshold will incur a shipping fee as calculated at checkout.

5. Tracking & Shipment Notification

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email including your tracking number(s) and carrier link.

  • Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch in most cases.

  • If your order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

6. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within [3] business days of receipt with photos of the damage, packaging, and item; save all packaging materials until claim closure.

  • If the package appears to be lost (no tracking update, or status “delivered” but not received), you must contact us within [7] business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with the carrier claim.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays or losses caused by the carrier, weather, acts of God, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently we ship  all over USA. For international shipping arrangements please contact us for a custom quote.

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import charges.

  • Transit times for international shipments may be significantly longer and may be delayed by customs clearance.

8. Change of Address / Return to Sender

  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address or fail to receive the shipment and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the order.

  • We recommend verifying your shipping address carefully at checkout.

9. Modifications & Carrier Changes

  • We reserve the right to change carriers, shipping methods, rates or transit times at any time without notice.

  • All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
